QUICKFIRE was founded in 2001 by Linda and Jørn, an entrepreneurial couple with an eye for quality and innovation. What started as a small trading company has grown into an international success story over the years.
Our story – From dream to global brand
In 2001, Linda and Jørn, a married couple with extensive experience in the retail industry, decided to embark on a new venture. Drawing on their shared passion for entrepreneurship, they established what initially began as a small trading company focused on corporate workwear.
Jørn's entrepreneurial spirit was deeply rooted in his upbringing. He grew up in a family that successfully ran a wood stove business, where he played an active role from a young age. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and an understanding of the value of hard work, which would later become a cornerstone of their new business.

From branded clothing to a "Universe of Fire"
Inspired by his background and parallel to the workwear business, Jørn and Linda began exploring opportunities in the fire-related products market. Almost by chance, they started selling white firestarters and BBQ gloves imported from China, a move that marked the beginning of their journey into a new market niche.
Today, the company has fully embraced the "Universe of Fire," dedicating its strategy and focus to providing high-quality fire-related products. What started as a side business has now evolved into the company's core offering, driven by the founders' passion and commitment to excellence.
